Exactly what I ordered however I had to wait a bit because they were out of stock. It didn't say that when I checked out and I was desperate since my contacts had torn. I really needed sooner
So far everything's good nice quick and easy. And I will see about the shipping process and how long it takes. Thank you

Contacts were cheap but handling cost was $34.75 and was not immediately spelled out during checkout, it just appeared on the receipt.
I ordered my contacts for the first time through you because you had a good deal. I attached my prescription and thought everything was fine. I got an email that there was a slightly different kind of contact on the prescription so I contacted my doctor and sent the revised prescription, confirmed it was received and paid additional money for faster delivery because now I really needed the contacts. 4 days later I heard NOTHING and when I called they said it still needed the prescription. I talked to someone who was finally helpful and since I’d not only sent the updated prescription but also my doctors contact info as it had said to originally, they finally got it ordered and hopefully on its way. She nicely even said she refunded the additional money for the faster delivery.
As of now, I’m hoping the contacts come tomorrow and I just checked my account and your company took the money for the delivery out again. I’m incredibly frustrated and will be going back to 1-800 contacts as I’ve never had any issues with them.
It took over a month to get my contacts. They did nothing to rectify the issue. I’ve been a customer 10+ years. Then I told them I would never order again. Then they Autoshipped me days later. I cannot remove my payment info from the website. I cannot get ahold of them. They have not responded to my multiple outreaches. I wanted a refund. I did not want more contacts from them. I still have not heard back.
Service would’ve gotten a better rating had I not had to get ugly. FedEx was the real problem with my order but the customer service person for OptiContacts chose to side with FedEx. Though the issue was due to FedEx, making it right for the customer was OptiContacts job. Don’t tell me that once it ships that you have no responsibility! Yes, you do! OptiContacts is the company contracted with FedEx NOT me. Not only did I pay for expedited shipping but it was a week later before the order was received. I had to get behave in a manor that was totally uncalled for. OptiContacts should train and monitor their customer service representatives better!
I ordered contacts because your promoted price was lower than 1800Contacts where I usually buy my contacts. Boy was that a dumb idea! What you save in contact costs you lose in customer service. After seeing my order not ship for 4 days I finally called and asked why it hadn't shipped. Apparently it was backordered! No one thought to tell me that they don't even have the product they sold me??! Say they say they'll receive them in 2 days to ship to me. 3 days later I call again to ask the status. They still hadn't received! Now I'm out of contacts and don't know when this order is getting received or when I'll receive. First and last time with this site. Don't buy from this site.
I didn’t even get my order it’s never been shipped
Contacts were on back order which isn't your fault; however, the lack of communication was.
Contact order itself was filled correctly but delivery was delayed well past initial schedule date; after follow-up with OptiContacts, FedEx finally got package to me.

This company is unethical. I ordered 2 weeks ago and still have not received. They assured me they would be here 2 days ago.

Good Luck with that! They lie and say there is a rebate and then when you ask for it they say it is already expired!

They refuse to waive or refund. For me it was not disclosed until shipped.
